Hi,
our university has a quite powerful Windows Terminal Server, but only few
students are using it and especially in the evening and night hours
nobody uses that machine.

I was wondering if I maybe could use that for recoding some of my videos
but I don't have administrator privileges on that machine.

Do you know a encoder that doesn't need administrator privileges? I
thought maybe virtualdub is a good solution but I need to install the
codecs then and for those I need administrator privileges again...
